1. Go to “Workflows” from Dashboard.
2. Select as follows and click on “Create” button to create the workflow.
3. You will be redirect to workflow edit screen.
4. Change the name of the workflow as your wish.
5. Authorize Xero and Salesforce account.. If it is already done then just click on “Continue” button and proceed to next step.
6. Type and Select “Product” from the drop-down list and click on “Continue” button.
7. Click on “Test-trigger” button and test your data from Salesforce.
8. Select the product from drop-down list you need to create or update in Xero and click on “Continue” button.
9. Enable outbound messaging for your flow by clicking on “Enable Webhook“ button.
10. Copy this URL and set it to the endpoint URL field in Salesforce outbound messaging configuration.
11. To enable session id check it. You must enable the session id in outbound messaging configuration screen.
12. In the workflow edit screen, Now go to next process and Authorize Xero account and then click on “Continue” button.
13. Fill up the fields in the form and click on “Continue” button.
14. Fill up the return mapping and click on “Continue” button.
