Create Contact

1. Go to “Workflows” from Dashboard.

2. Select as follows and click on “Create” button to create the workflow.

3. You will be redirect to workflow edit screen.

 

4. Change the name of the workflow as your wish.

5. Authorize Xero and Salesforce account. If it is already done then just click on “Continue” button and proceed to next step.

6. Type and Select “Contact” object from the drop-down list and click on “Continue” button.

 

7. Test your data by clicking on “Test Trigger” button.

 

8. Select the contact from drop-down list you need to create or update in Xero and click on “Continue” button.

 

9. It is optional, Enable Outbound message in Salesforce by clicking on “Enable Webhook” button. The advantage of enabling outbound messaging is that you get the real-time update.

 

10.  If the webhook is enabled, copy the Url below and later, you need to update it in your Salesforce account.

 

11. For Updating, login to Salesforce and go to Salesforce outbound messages section and  add new by clicking on “New Outbound Message” button.

12. You need to fill up all required fields and Remember “Send Session ID” must be checked, “Selected Fields” must be “Id” property and the most importantly, paste your copied url in “Endpoint URL” field.

 

13. Now here in Nettverk, we also need to Authorize our Xero account just like we did for Salesforce.

14. You need to Map your fields from Salesforce to Xero.

15. Select the required fields from the drop-down and also you can type some constant values.

 

16. Return map the ContactID and click on “Continue” button.

 

17. Click on “Continue” button and Done respectively.
